We provide a thorough code and installation analysis through a job site assessment. This gives us the information we need to complete the scope of work and provide the best design for your fire alarm system. We provide fire alarm design drawings and we communicate with the FDNY to determine any code changes that have been made to ensure the fire alarm design will meet any and all requirements. Our attention to the details of your location and thorough understanding of the equipment we provide ensure that your system will be installed in the most cost-efficient manner. We aim to be as efficient as possible while we incorporate any system in your building, whether it’s a brand-new installation, a retrofit for an existing system, or an upgrade. The services we offer can widely range based on our customer’s needs. We cover all aspects of troubleshooting and investigating issues with your system. Our highly qualified technicians are available 24/7 to any service call as well as repairing and replacing parts.


Our maintenance agreement ensures that we will conduct annual, and semi-annual inspections and testing as required by the NFPA code. This agreement is available for all existing systems. This is a code requirement to ensure the system is working properly.


The Central Station Monitoring Company is UL Certified, FDNY and New York City-approved. You can rest assured knowing our monitoring company is located right here in New York City, not thousands of miles away. They provide 24/7 coverage.
