Position – Full Time – Mon-Fri – 8 hours/day
Location – Multiple (NYC- 5 Boroughs)
Basic Responsibilities:
- Physically pulling/running low voltage wires throughout building walls, ceilings, roofs, basements, crawl spaces, ducts.
- Bending pipes, drilling holes, and cutting wires using a variety of hand and power tools.
- Installing Fire Alarm devices on walls and ceilings (Fire Alarm Panels, Smoke Detectors, Strobe Lights, Manual Stations).
- Constantly standing, walking, climbing up and down ladders, stairs, scaffolds, lifts, throughout the day.
- Ability to report to various job sites throughout NYC (5 boroughs).
Basic Qualifications:
- Ability to read and interpret Floor Plans, As Builts, and Technical Manuals.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable with taking directions from others & working in a team environment.
- Ability to work in different environments, including: Climbing ladders, and scaffolds. Working in ducts, crawl spaces, roofs, basements, above ceilings, and in outside/inside/hot/cold conditions.
- Ability to report to various job sites throughout NYC (5 boroughs).
Bonus Qualifications:
- Some Experience Installing Fire Alarm Equipment.
- OSHA Safety Training Complete.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Position – Full Time – Mon-Fri – 8 hours/day
Location – Multiple (NYC- 5 Boroughs)
Basic Responsibilities:
- Read and understand system status on Fire Alarm Control Panel (condition, address, device).
- Conduct diagnostic tests to determine cause of alarm and/or trouble system status, as well as ground faults.
- Identify any system issues and make recommendations on alternative solutions with managers.
- Troubleshoot and Repair existing systems, including panel repair, device replacement/repair, resolving low voltage circuit troubles.
- Complete and submit all required documentation, tasks, activity, in a timely manner.
- Assist with FDNY Inspections when needed.
- Respond to service requests
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with the installation, inspection and service in Fire Alarm Systems.
- Ability to identify basic Fire Alarm problems (open loops, shorts, ground faults, etc.,” and know how to fix them.
- Must be able to differentiate types/colors of wire and purpose.
- Consistent communication with management and great customer service skills.
- Ability to read and understand Floorplans, As-Builts, and technical manuals.
- Ability to work in a variety of circumstances, including: Climbing ladders, and scaffolds. Working in ducts, crawl spaces, roofs, basements, above ceilings, and in outside/inside/hot/cold conditions.
- Ability to report to various job sites throughout NYC (5 boroughs).
Bonus Qualifications:
- NICET Fire Alarm Systems Level (1 or 2) Certification.
- FDNY S98 Certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
